Company Refund Policy

  • Regarding the Services/Purchases/Plans/Offers announced by 99paisa and, Once, the User chooses to/agrees to buy by due payment for that plan/offer/service availed by 99paisa, such payment by User shall not be refunded by 99paisa under any circumstances whatsoever. Please note that, such act of buying 99paisa’s plan is irreversible process under the applicable law.
  • 99paisa shall create User ID in its system ONLY post successful KYC verification of such User. It is mandatory to the User to get his successful KYC verification done in order to avail 99paisa services on its portal.
  • While performing the transactions, which have failed for any reason directly attribute to 99paisa and 99paisa has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User’s bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User’s email ID registered with 99paisa. The whole process will take place at Post User ID creation.
  • Point to be noted, only the actual amount will be refunded excluding Payment Gateway Charges and all Applicable taxes.
  • In case, if the User has received a successful completion confirmation but has not received services, A complaint is required to be submitted by sending an e-mail to 99paisa customer care Email ID given on the website: 99paisa.com or our sales team site info@99apisa.com Further enquiries will be made about the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry, 99paisa may refund the payment in accordance with the situations.
  • If, there is a case of transferring excessive amount in the retailer/distributor/users’ wallet, then, 99paisa has the full authority to deduct the amount from user’s wallet under liable proves and conditions.
  • In all cases, 99paisa’s liability will be restricted to providing User a valid refund to the extent of corresponding payment received by 99paisa with respect to a particular transaction. 99paisa shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of failed services on our system.

  • User accepts that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions as stated in the Agreement of the Retailer/Distributor/User/Business with 99paisa.
